It comprises 3 spacious bedrooms – 2 with king-size bed and one with a queen-size bed – 2 bathrooms with shower and washing machine. It also has a spacious 60 m2 living room overlooking the city and a nice tree-lined boulevard. There is a fully equipped kitchen, including small appliances, kitchenware and dishwasher. This self-catering accommodation is very close to the old town centre, the Scrovegni Chapel, Trade Fair Centre, train station and Hospital, all a 5-minute walk away. Piazza delle Erbe and the pedestrian area are a pleasant 10-minute walk away.
CHECK-IN BY APPOINTMENT. All apartments have private entrances and there is no reception, therefore check in is by appointment only, between 15:00 h and 19:00 h. Late check-in has an additional cost of € 30,00.

OLD TOWN CENTRE OUTSIDE THE PEDESTRIAN AREA. The apartment has no garage. Guests may park for free and/or for a fee on the street or in a garage nearby.

All our apartments will be totally cleaned and sanitized each time.
They are completely independent and there are no public areas shared with other guests.
Hand sanitizing gel is available in each apartment and it is mandatory to wear a mask during the check-in phase.
Just in this moment, our guests will be in contact with Sara or Isabella.
In addition, to ensure greater security, we leave our apartments closed 48 hours between the departure and arrival of new guests.
